What happens when you contact MEC for assistance in planning your wedding?
We will meet with you to discuss your needs. We have three package options for you to select from in regards to our assistance in planning your wedding:
Complete Wedding Day Planning Package (#1)

Budget Development and Analysis Customized "Timeline and TO DO list"

Event design, theme and decor development

Assist with stationary selection, Save the Dates, invitations, place cards, programs, menu cards

Vendor referrals

Assistance with reception site details, including favors

Ceremony and reception site location inspections and referrals

Arrange vendor appointments and vendor meetings with you

Menu selection assistance

Coordination of seating chart and place cards

Coordination of accommodations for out of town guests including transportation, if necessary

Assistance with entertainment referrals

Coordinate rehearsal for wedding day
Partial Wedding Day Package (#2)

MEC will work with you in all aspects of your wedding (package No. 1) but we will not be present on-site the day of your wedding.
Wedding Day ONLY Package (#3)
This package includes assistance for ONLY your wedding day. MEC will:

Meet with you one time to coordinate all of your wedding details.

Review copies of all vendor contracts to verify that everything is in place.

Confirm and finalize details with vendors: time they are to arrive, verify location.

Provide contact information in case any problems should arise the day of the wedding.
